Materials and Applications of Distaloy SA AB AE AF DC DH HP Alloy Iron Powder

Distaloy SA is based on sponge iron powder SC100. 26. Made of 1.75% Ni, 1.5% Cu, and 0.5% Mo through diffusion bonding. Distaloy SA is recommended for parts with a one-time pressing density of 6.9g/cm3. After adding graphite, the tensile strength of sintered parts can reach 600MPa. Its green body has high strength. This powder is very suitable for producing parts that require heat treatment. For example, transmission components such as gears, ratchets, and serrations.

Distaloy AB has the same chemical composition as Distaloy SA: 1.75% Ni, 1.5% Cu, and 0.5% Mo, but its base powder is high-purity atomized iron powder ASC100.29. Distaloy AB can achieve a density of 7.2g/cm3 left stone after one compression. After adding graphite, the tensile strength of sintered parts can reach 650MPa. After heat treatment, its strength can be increased to 1000MPa. This material is suitable for producing transmission components such as gears, ratchets, ratchets, and load-bearing structural components with high strength requirements.

The chemical composition of Distaloy AE is basically the same as Distaloy AB, but the Ni content increases to 4%. The copper and molybdenum content are 1.5% and 0.5%, respectively. The high Ni content and good compressibility enable it to produce sintered parts with a tensile strength of 750MPa. Distaloy AE has good hardenability and dimensional stability.. This material is suitable for producing transmission components such as gears, ratchets, ratchets, and load-bearing structural components with high strength requirements. Distaloy AF is similar to Distaloy AE, but its alloy element content is increased to 5% N, 2 "% Cu, and 1% Mo. After adding stone, it can be pressed and sintered once, and its tensile strength can reach 850MPa. This material is suitable for producing transmission components such as gears, ratchets, ratchets, and load-bearing structural components with high strength requirements.

Distaloy AF is similar to Distaloy AE, but its alloy element content increases to 5% N, 2% Cu, and 1% Mo. After adding stone, it can be pressed and sintered once, and its tensile strength can reach 850MPa. The hardness and strength are superior to the above alloy materials. This material is suitable for producing transmission components such as gears, ratchets, ratchets, locking tongues, etc. that require high strength.

Distaloy DC (DC=Dimensional Control) is a low alloy powder specially designed for controlling the size of parts. Its advantages are small size variation, stable and not affected by density, and high strength after sintering. After adding graphite, the tensile strength of a single pressing and sintering process can reach 700MPa.

Distaloy DC is made by diffusing and bonding 2% Mi into Astaloy Mo (which itself is a pre alloyed powder containing 1.59Mo) powder. The powder produced by this dual alloying technology has the advantages of good compressibility and small size dispersion. Suitable for transmission components, structural components, camshafts, automotive parts, and mechanical spare parts.

Distaloy DH (DH Direct Hardening) is a low alloy powder with excellent hardenability. Distaloy DH is made by diffusing and bonding 2% Cu to Astalov Mo (which is a pre alloyed powder containing 1.5% Mo) powder. This dual alloying technology gives the powder good compressibility and small size dispersion. Compared with Astalov Mo, the added copper further enhances the hardenability of Distaloy DH. Make it suitable for all common heat treatment processes, including sintering hardening. After adding graphite, the tensile strength can reach 700MPa by pressing and sintering at once. Suitable for transmission components, structural components, camshafts, automotive parts, and mechanical spare parts.

Distaloy HP (HP High Performance) contains 4% Ni, 2% Cu, and 1.41% Mo. After sintering, its strength is very high, but the size change is close to 0. After adding graphite, the tensile strength can reach 850 Mpa after pressing and sintering at once Distaloy HP is made by diffusing and bonding 4i and 2% Cu to Astaloy Mo (which itself is a pre alloyed powder containing 1.5% Mo) powder. This dual alloying technology also gives the powder the advantages of good compressibility and small size dispersion. Suitable for transmission components, structural components, camshafts, automotive parts, and mechanical spare parts.
